Terms of Service

1. The Service

Qurious is a personal note-taking service. You can DM our Instagram bot @askqurious any message, link, or shared content; we save it to your personal library at qurious.fyi where you can search and recall it later.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Qurious. If you’re under 18, you confirm you have your guardian’s consent.

3. Your account

You’re responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Do not share your account with others. Notify us at hi@qurious.fyi if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Your content

You retain all rights to the content you save with Qurious. By saving content, you grant us a non-exclusive, revocable license to store and display it back to you. We do not share your saved content with other users or third parties except service providers required to operate the Service.

5. Acceptable use

Do not use Qurious to:

• scrape, mirror, or republish content from Instagram or any other platform without permission;
• send spam or unsolicited messages;
• impersonate another person or entity;
• circumvent technical limitations or rate limits;
• upload or share illegal, harmful, or infringing content.

6. Termination

You can delete your account at any time per the procedure in our Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where reasonably practicable.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that curation features will identify content correctly, that the Service will be uninterrupted, or that saved content will always be retrievable. We are not liable for content posted by third parties on platforms we integrate with (e.g., Instagram).

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising out of your use of the Service is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. For free-tier users, this amount is zero. This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law (such as for intentional misconduct or gross negligence).

9. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is always at this URL. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice.

10. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Place of jurisdiction is Berlin, Germany, to the extent permitted by law.
